STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ITEMS WEIGHING 1 to 30 KG - £5.00 please allow up to 1 to 3 working days for delivery.

Europe delivery:

STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ITEMS WEIGHING 1 to 30 KG - £17.00 please allow up to 3 to 6 working days for delivery.

Out of europe delivery:

For deliveries outside Europe please contact our store on 01217530500.

Delivery times:

Available between Monday to Friday.

Delivery is not available on Sunday or Bank Holidays therefore your parcel will be sent out to you on the next working day.

A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel.

Delivery confirmation:

Orders

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Please check the sizing charts and view all images before placing an order.
All of our products are thoroughly check by our staff members before being dispatched.

Returns

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty then customers must contact IBT Fashion within 24 hours of receiving the item. Under no circumstances should an item be returned without contacting us before.

Please note due to their delicate nature, our manufacturers/suppliers don't provide any guarantees on embellishments such as sequins, beads, tassels. As such loose or missing embellishments are not considered as a fault - please consider this before ordering.

You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, as we don't provide return labels.

Refunds

For all returns accepted by us we will offer an exchange or a credit note only. No refunds can be issued. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of delivery both ways for any exchange.
