Orders

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Please check the sizing charts and view all images before placing an order.
All of our products are thoroughly check by our staff members before being dispatched.

Returns

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty then customers must contact IBT Fashion within 24 hours of receiving the item. Under no circumstances should an item be returned without contacting us before.

Please note due to their delicate nature, our manufacturers/suppliers don't provide any guarantees on embellishments such as sequins, beads, tassels. As such loose or missing embellishments are not considered as a fault - please consider this before ordering.

You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, as we don't provide return labels.

Refunds

For all returns accepted by us we will offer an exchange or a credit note only. No refunds can be issued. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of delivery both ways for any exchange.

Sale items are reduced due limited sizes/colours, end of season to minor marking or colour differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item are not considered as faults
Therefore sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance.
